We have an excellent track record with many of the industry leaders in property across London, having worked closely them since inception in 2010. Within each of our teams, we have at least two consultants that have first hand experience within the same field they are recruiting for; candidates are able to learn from their experience, practise and refine their interview techniques and build their confidence before meeting our clients.

We respect that it’s often difficult to contact your recruiter during working hours and we try to remain as flexible as possible when arranging telephone interviews or conversations. We have also managed our client’s expectations accordingly and where possible, they will be flexible with interviewing too. All we ask is a little flexibility back, and to be prepared to arrange time off when appropriate.

Back in 2010, after successfully scaling a recruitment business from South Africa, Grant launched GKR to transform the property recruitment landscape. When he’s not building the business, you’ll find him fishing, cheering on Liverpool, or proudly flying the South African flag. Oh, and did we mention he’s a surprisingly talented beatboxer?

After working in the property sector for almost seven years himself, Lee joined GKR in 2015 to support the growth of our residential department. He’s a self-declared Asian food addict, historically pooch-obsessed, with his very own fur-baby.
