Within each of our teams, we have at least two consultants that have first hand experience within the same field they are recruiting for; candidates are able to learn from their experience, practise and refine their interview techniques and build their confidence before meeting our clients.

We respect that it’s often difficult to contact your recruiter during working hours and we try to remain as flexible as possible when arranging telephone interviews or conversations. We have also managed our client’s expectations accordingly and where possible, they will be flexible with interviewing too. All we ask is a little flexibility back, and to be prepared to arrange time off when appropriate.
